HOW DO I GET STARTED?
SOLID START SESSION
30 Minutes before your first workout, we'll have you sit down with a member from our team to take you through a FREE In-Body Scan, talk about your fitness goals & how we can help you achieve them! We will also go over any injuries that you may be dealing with and introduce you to your coach who will be taking you through your training session! 😆
Your 45 minute training session will be fun, doable & challenging all at the same time! Your coach will make sure to modify any exercises that you may be struggling with to meet you where you're at and make sure that you have the best workout experience possible! 💪
